溫變油墨、熱敏油墨和感溫變色油墨
溫變油墨是一種能隨溫度變化而發生顏色變化的油墨，分為可逆消色、可逆顯色、可逆變色，記憶型、區間顯色、不可逆顯色、不可逆變色七大系列。
·可逆溫變消色：溫變油墨經加溫后顏色退去變成無色，冷卻后立即恢復到原有顏色；
·可逆溫變顯色：在常溫下顯示無色，經加溫后變成另一種顏色，冷卻后又恢復原來的無色；
·可逆溫變轉色：油墨在常溫下顯示顏色，加溫后變成另一種顏色，冷卻后復原；
·不可逆溫變油墨：加溫后從無色或從某種特定顏色轉變成另外一種顏色，冷卻后其顏色也不再消失。

| 注意事項 |
1、可逆型可做水性和油性絲印油墨及部分顏色可做膠印柔版；不可逆型只能做水性絲印油墨。
2、所有絲印類型油墨建議用200目絲網印刷；
3、膠印溫變油墨一般不用添加助劑，如太稠可加膠印調墨油，要提高干燥速度可添加0.5-1%的紅燥油和白燥油；絲印按干燥要求使用719快干、783慢干等溶劑；凹印用丁酯、乙酯、異丙醇、二甲苯等溶劑；水性絲印溫變油墨以水作為溶劑。 |
(1). Irreversible temperature sensitive ink
Irreversible temperature sensitive ink includes coloration ink and discoloration ink. Irreversible coloration temperature sensitive ink is colorless in appearance but shows colors after being heated and can’t restore colorless once again after cooling off. The original color of Irreversible discoloration temperature sensitive ink can be changed into another one and it can’t restore its original colors after being cooled once again.
(2). Reversible temperature sensitive ink
Reversible temperature sensitive ink includes three kinds: coloration, fading and discoloration ones. Reversible coloration temperature sensitive ink is colorless in appearance but shows colors after being heated and can restore colorless after being cooled. The original color of reversible fading temperature sensitive ink disappears after being heated and it can restore its original color after being cooled. The original color of reversible discoloration temperature sensitive ink can be changed into another one and it can restore its original color after being cooled. |
